We can ship or deliver to pretty much anywhere and typically serve clients within the New England area.

Prices vary based on distance and size of delivery.

Our prices are always fair and competitive.

RETURN POLICY

As all of our work is custom crafted per the client's specific delineations, we do not offer returns.

However, we are dedicated to each client's unique vision and communicate throughout the process to make sure they're in love with their piece.

We will happily fix issues with the project that fall within the realm of our responsibility. (We cannot repair damage caused by the client free of charge but can quickly and reasonably fix any damage incurred after delivery)

PAYMENT METHOD

After your consultation, we'll send you an invoice for your project. As soon as payment is received in full, your project enters the 'queue' and we'll begin working on it as soon as all other current projects are finished.

You can submit your payment securely on our site by clicking on the 'purchase' tab in the menu bar or the 'make payment' link at the bottom of every page.

If you'd prefer to send a check, you can send it to the address provided on the invoice.
