You'll find that our pricing is always competetive, even with the big box stores. If you don't know exactly what you want, you can describe your vision to us as best as you can and we'll help you design it. You can show us pictures of other projects and let us know what you like and don't like about them, which will help us better understand what you'd like. We can redesign your piece as many times as you need until it's perfect.

No worries, many of our clients don't! We can start with the basics and simply have a discussion about what you're envisioning. Do your best to describe what you'd like and show us any pictures of other projects that come close. Show us as many pictures as you'd like and let us know what you love and hate about them (ie "I love the color of this table but prefer the style of the legs on this one. Is it possible to make them slightly thicker?"). Using this information, we'll design your piece and redesign it as many times as needed until it's perfect. Once we're ready to move forward, we'll send you the invoice. As soon as payment is received, we'll get started on your dream project as soon as all other current projects are completed.

Everything. Well, mostly everything. We're not astronauts, but if it's made out of wood, there's a good chance we can make it for you. If we can't, we know many talented craftsman in niche trades that we'd be honored to recommend to you.

Keep in mind we love the planet and only use products and materials that are responsibly sourced and environmentally friendly. Readily available categories of wood include: *Freshly milled lumber *Artistically distressed wood (made to look vintage or antique) *Antique barnwood *Small batch, family farm milled wood

It all depends on the size and complexity of the project. We can ballpark a timeframe for you right at the conception of your project, and give you a very specific timeline once we've finished designing it. Smaller projects are typically done in less than three weeks, and bigger projects can take up to six.

We absolutely, without exception, only start a project when the invoice is paid in full. Thank you for understsanding that, as a small operation, we invest a lot of time, materials, and passion in each project and cannot risk not being paid fully for our hard work. We have never had any issues whatsoever with providing an amazing product, as agreed upon, to our clients. We have, however, had several issues trying to get people to finish paying for those products. Truly, thank you so much for understanding our payment policy.
